This policy applies to eligible purchases made directly from WedJoin, including vendor memberships and advertising services. It does not govern bookings, deposits or service payments made directly between customers and independent vendors.
Membership Purchases
Before purchase, vendors should review the plan price, taxes, duration, limits and included features. Access may begin immediately after successful payment verification.
Cancellation Requests
A cancellation request may be submitted through vendor support with the order number and reason. Cancelling a plan prevents eligible future renewal where recurring renewal exists; it does not automatically create a refund for an activated or consumed service.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered when the same order was charged more than once, payment was captured but the purchased service was not activated due to a verified WedJoin error, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law. Change of mind, lack of enquiries, failure to use available features, or suspension caused by policy violation does not ordinarily qualify.
Advertising Campaigns
Advertising fees may become non-refundable once creative preparation, administrative approval, inventory reservation or campaign delivery has begun. If WedJoin cancels a paid campaign before delivery for reasons not caused by the advertiser, an appropriate refund or service credit may be considered.
How to Request
Submit a request through the Help & Support section and include the order or campaign number, payment reference and explanation. Never send passwords, OTPs or complete banking credentials.
Processing
Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method where supported. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply after WedJoin initiates the refund.
Vendor Bookings
Wedding-service bookings made directly with a vendor are subject to the vendor's own quotation, contract, cancellation and refund terms. WedJoin does not automatically control or guarantee those independent refunds.
