These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of WedJoin. By using the platform, creating an account or purchasing an eligible service, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced on this website.
Platform Role
WedJoin provides a wedding-vendor discovery, listing and communication platform. Unless expressly stated for a specific service, WedJoin is not the wedding-service provider and is not automatically a party to agreements, quotations, bookings or payments arranged directly between a customer and a vendor.
Eligibility and Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You must not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or malicious content; impersonate another person or business; manipulate reviews or enquiries; attempt unauthorised access; scrape or overload the platform; distribute malware; or use WedJoin to violate another person's rights.
Listings and User Content
Users retain responsibility for content they submit and confirm that they have the rights and permissions required to use it. By submitting content, you grant WedJoin a non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, resize and display it for operating, promoting and improving the platform.
Moderation
WedJoin may review, reject, request changes to, suspend or remove accounts, listings, reviews, advertisements or other content that violates platform requirements, creates risk or is reasonably believed to be inaccurate or unlawful.
Third-Party Services
Third-party websites, vendors and payment providers operate under their own terms. WedJoin is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.
Payments
Prices, taxes, plan features and billing details are displayed during checkout or in the applicable order. Payment confirmation is subject to successful verification by the payment provider and WedJoin systems.
Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be changed, limited or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WedJoin is not liable for independent vendor performance, customer-vendor disputes, indirect losses or user-submitted inaccuracies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
