Public Listing Information
Information a vendor chooses to publish in a business listing may be visible publicly. Visibility may depend on the vendor membership, privacy selections and moderation status. Vendors should not publish personal or confidential information that they do not want displayed.
Sharing of Information
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, storage, communications, analytics, security and payment processing; with vendors when a user submits an enquiry; when required by law or a lawful authority; or during a legitimate business restructuring. We do not claim to sell personal information as an independent data product.
Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. WedJoin may receive payment identifiers, order status and limited transaction information, but does not need to store complete card or banking credentials handled directly by the payment provider.
Cookies and Sessions
We may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure usage and protect the platform. Disabling essential cookies may prevent login or other features from working correctly.
Retention and Security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably required for platform operations, contractual or legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Users may update available account and listing information through their dashboard. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion may be submitted through the Contact Us page, subject to verification and applicable retention obligations.
Children
WedJoin is not intended for children to create vendor accounts or conduct commercial transactions independently.
