These Vendor Terms apply in addition to the general Terms and Conditions when a wedding professional or business creates a vendor account, publishes a listing, purchases a membership or uses advertising services on WedJoin.
Business Authority
You confirm that you are authorised to represent the business associated with the vendor account and that submitted identity, contact and business information is accurate.
Listing Accuracy
Vendors must keep business names, categories, locations, descriptions, contact details, availability and other listing information accurate and current. Misleading claims, fabricated credentials and impersonation are prohibited.
Media and Intellectual Property
Vendors must own or have permission to upload every logo, photograph, video and document. WedJoin may resize, convert, watermark or otherwise process media for delivery, security and platform presentation.
Membership Features
Listing limits, gallery capacity, contact fields, social links, business hours, analytics, original-media retention and other capabilities depend on the active membership plan. Plan features may be enforced in both the vendor form and public listing display.
Listing Review and Revisions
New listings and submitted revisions may require administrative review. A published listing may remain live while an edited revision is reviewed. WedJoin may approve, reject or request changes with a reason.
Enquiries and Customer Data
Customer information received through enquiries may be used only for responding to the relevant wedding-service request and legitimate follow-up. Vendors must protect this information and must not misuse, resell or disclose it unlawfully.
Reviews
Vendors must not create, purchase, manipulate or pressure users for misleading reviews. Responses must remain professional and must not reveal private customer information.
Advertising
Advertising placements are subject to zone availability, creative requirements, approval, scheduling and payment status. Approval of a campaign does not guarantee a particular number of impressions, clicks or enquiries unless expressly agreed in writing.
Suspension and Removal
WedJoin may restrict, suspend or remove a vendor account or listing for suspected fraud, repeated inaccuracies, unlawful content, misuse of enquiries, payment disputes, security risk or material policy violations.
Vendor-Customer Transactions
Quotations, bookings, deposits, contracts, cancellations and service delivery arranged directly between a vendor and customer remain their responsibility unless WedJoin expressly provides a separate managed service.
Support
Registered vendors can use the Help & Support section in the vendor dashboard for assistance.
