How do I create a business listing?
Sign in to the vendor dashboard, select Add Listing and complete the six-step form for identity, contact information, location, availability, social links and media. Save each step and use the final submission action when the listing is ready for review.
Why is my listing pending review?
New listings and submitted edits may require administrative review before publication. This process helps check required information, media and platform compliance. The dashboard displays the current listing or revision status.
What happens when I edit a published listing?
Changes to a published listing are saved in a separate revision. The currently approved listing can remain live while the revision is reviewed. Approved changes replace the relevant live data only after administrative approval.
Why are some listing fields or gallery slots locked?
The listing form displays the maximum supported gallery layout and available feature groups, but access depends on the active membership. Locked fields or slots indicate capabilities that are not included in the current plan and may link to available upgrades.
