How do I register as a wedding vendor?
Open the registration page, enter the required account details, complete OTP verification and follow the onboarding steps. After signing in, choose the appropriate membership and create your business listing.
What can I manage from the vendor dashboard?
The dashboard provides access to business listings, enquiries, reviews, reports, membership details, payments and invoices, advertising requests, notifications, profile settings, security, analytics when included, and help and support.
How do I update my account or profile image?
Open My Public Profile from the vendor dashboard. You can review account information, update your name, upload or remove a profile image, and verify an updated email address or mobile number.
How do I get help with my vendor account?
Sign in and open Help and Support from the vendor dashboard. Review available help articles or create a support ticket with the relevant category, subject and details.
